Shipping and Return Policy
All in-stock merchandise is shipped within 2-3 days of receiving your order. Shipping and handling options are determined during the check-out process. Customers requesting express shipping are given first priority.
Orders received after noon on Friday or during the weekend will be processed the next business day. This DOES affect any orders requiring Next Day Shipping.
Please add 2 to 3 business days to shipping times for orders with embroidery, engraving, or heat press.
Pro Prints will make every effort to prepare your package for timely delivery by UPS. In the event your shipment is delayed by adverse weather, we apologize and thank you for your patience. Pro Prints is not responsible for any disruptions within the UPS transportation network.
Certain items (oversize or heavy) require additional shipping charges as shown on item description.
Backordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available. For orders with upgraded shipping options, backordered items will be shipped via Standard Shipping (UPS).
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item for an exchange or refund of the product purchase price. Items that have not been used, laundered, or worn may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase. Items must be accompanied with sales receipt, and please indicate on the receipt whether a return or exchange is desired. Delivery charges are non-refundable. No COD are accepted.
